So im sure no one even looks at this blog ever, because it has been three years since I have posted anything, so I have decided to use it as my self talk therapy. So if anyone is reading I invite you to join the conversation. So the question for today is.... to sell or not to sell. Our trusty little house has been good to us over the years but we are busting at the seams! So do we wait until I get closer to graduation or do we take the plunge? Interest rates are great, but is it worth the risk?
